Position Overview:
As a Youth Justice Social Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the Youth Justice Service, contributing to the well-being and rehabilitation of young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Case Management:**
- Manage a diverse caseload of youth justice cases, employing innovative strategies to engage with young people from various backgrounds.
- Directly influence positive outcomes in youth justice by creatively working with individuals under youth justice orders and interventions.

2. **Court Engagement:**
- Undertake regular court duties, providing essential advice and support to young individuals, their families, and the judiciary.
- Prepare high-quality reports within strict deadlines for Youth Magistrates and Crown Courts, and confidently present these reports in court as necessary.

3. **Best Practices:**
- Ensure that best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion are integrated throughout your work.
- Maintain a working knowledge of effective youth justice practices, including familiarity with court orders and relevant case management systems.
