As a Transformation Consultant, you will work directly with clients across various industries, supporting them in realising their CX Vision and Strategy. Your role will involve leading client-side projects, assessing current ecosystems, and creating efficiencies through process optimisation and technology integration.

Your Role
  1. Lead client-side projects, owning the delivery of pre-agreed milestones and measures of success.
  2. Assess current ecosystems to identify gaps against CX vision and make clear recommendations to address these.
  3. Utilise industry knowledge and contact centre expertise to create efficiencies and enhance user and customer experience by optimising processes and leveraging technology.
  4. Support clients in creating and implementing industry-leading Digital-First Omni-Channel CX strategies to meet customer and client needs.
  5. Recognise opportunities to optimise and maximise functionality of current contact centre solutions and make recommendations on CCaaS to deliver client requirements.
  6. Work with the DCO GTM team to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP.
