As a Transformation Consultant, you will work directly with clients across various industries, supporting them in realizing their CX Vision and Strategy. Your role will involve leading client-side projects, assessing current ecosystems, and creating efficiencies through process optimization and technology integration.
Your Role- Lead client-side projects, owning the delivery of pre-agreed milestones and measures of success.
- Assess current ecosystems to identify gaps against CX vision and make clear recommendations to address these.
- Utilize industry knowledge and contact centre expertise to create efficiencies and enhance user and customer experience by optimizing processes and leveraging technology.
- Support clients in creating and implementing industry-leading Digital-First Omni-Channel CX strategies to meet customer and client needs.
- Recognize opportunities to optimize and maximize functionality of current contact centre solutions and make recommendations on CCaaS to deliver client requirements.
- Collaborate with the DCO GTM team to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP.
