Job Summary
Horizon Property Support Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Steward to join our team. As an Event Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers and staff at various events throughout Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Safety and Security
- Monitor and manage crowds and queues to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees, responding to their queries and concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our events team to ensure a seamless and successful event experience.
Requirements
- Experience and Skills
- 1 year of experience in a security or stewarding role (preferable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Reliable and punctual with excellent timekeeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
