  5. Manage Firewall Operations: You will be responsible for managing firewall operations and connectivity with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
  6. Oversee Network IP Addressing: You will oversee network IP addressing and VPN setups, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
  7. Rapid Deployment of Site Connectivity Solutions: You will be responsible for the rapid deployment of site connectivity solutions, including 4G routers.
  8. Monitor Network Health: You will monitor network health and performance, ensuring high availability and resilience.
  9. Maintain Inventory and Configuration Records: You will be responsible for maintaining inventory and configuration records for infrastructure and software.
  10. Collaborate with the Security Operations Center: You will work closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) on network security and data privacy.
  11. Support Software Licensing and Upgrades: You will be responsible for supporting software licensing and upgrades, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  12. Maintain Server Rooms: You will be responsible for maintaining server rooms and ensuring operational efficiency.
  13. Develop and Implement Business Processes: You will develop and implement business processes and documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  14. Support Data Privacy and Security Audits: You will support data privacy and security audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience: You will have previous experience working within a management/team lead role.
  2. Certifications: You will hold one or more of the following certifications: CCNA, Microsoft Infrastructure/Azure certification, ITIL foundation.
  3. Strong Knowledge: You will have strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure management.
  4. Experience with FortiGate Firewalls: You will have experience with FortiGate Firewalls and Windows Operating Systems.
  5. Proficient in Network Protocols: You will be proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
  6. Familiarity with WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wireless Networks: You will have familiarity with WAN, LAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  7. Excellent Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
