About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our London-based team, responsible for overseeing technical and financial performance of diverse infrastructure projects in Scotland, the UK, and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multidisciplinary project delivery, balancing demands and priorities, while reviewing civil infrastructure design.
  • Plan project resources and finances, monitoring job financial performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on infrastructure strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant policies, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in urban development and infrastructure design projects.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading a technical specialism in a core infrastructure discipline.
  • Experience of successful multidisciplinary project delivery, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to travel and lead continuous quality improvement in our work.
  • Experience in overseeing AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage.
  • A Member of a relevant professional institution.
