We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in achieving financial and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SIOP requirements and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business sales targets.
  • Develop and implement executable sales plans within the MRP system, ensuring customer service levels are met.
  • Run and develop reports to ensure MRP parameters are within policy.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach members of the Planning Team.
  • Support ERP projects to drive business optimization.

Requirements:
