The Role: Development Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading R&D projects, contributing to the development of groundbreaking solutions for human health challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific expertise in assay development and validation, ensuring accuracy and reliability of research findings.
  • Manage internal and client-facing research projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion, including budget management and resource allocation.
  • Develop comprehensive study protocols and prepare detailed final reports, effectively communicating complex scientific information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analyze and interpret data, generating insightful reports that contribute to the advancement of our research objectives and client deliverables.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards, maintaining the highest levels of scientific integrity and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a proven track record of success in research and development.
  • Deep expertise in assay development and validation techniques, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
