About the Role:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, financial operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing financial records, preparing financial reports and statements, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and statements to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Order and purchase materials and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Follow up on deliveries and ensure that all materials and supplies are received in good condition.
  • Support the preparation of quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Update and maintain the company website and social media presence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrator role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Background and knowledge in accountancy, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
