About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. in St Albans. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our regional teams, working closely with the Regional Secretary/PA to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Secretary/PA, including preparing and distributing meeting agendas, taking and transcribing minutes, and handling incoming correspondence.
  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Assist with travel and accommodation reservations for team members, ensuring that all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Organize meetings, training sessions, and other events, including arranging refreshments and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Communication and Liaison: Handle incoming telephone calls and take messages, as well as meet and greet visitors to the office.
  • Database Management: Update construction projects progress on our company intranet and maintain various databases across the teams.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform typing, photocopying, and filing tasks, as well as mail distribution and ordering stationery.
  • Site Support: Assist with site set-up files and office facilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid background in office administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be familiar with Outlook, Word, and Excel, and have some experience of Share Point.
