Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the probate process for clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze wills, estate assets, and liabilities to provide expert advice on probate matters, including tax implications and inheritance laws.
  • Prepare and file probate applications and associated documents, coordinating with legal professionals, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
  • Communicate effectively with executors, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the estate administration process, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in probate administration, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Qualified Solicitor or STEP/CTA qualified.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate administration, with a strong knowledge of probate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
