About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. With over 50 locations, our client has established a trusted reputation by consistently offering the best prices and availability to customers. Your goal as a Sales Advisor will be to exceed sales targets by building strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by fostering strong customer relationships as a Sales Advisor.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Promote the unique selling points that set our client apart from competitors.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Contribute to profitability and sales turnover by delivering outstanding results in your Sales Advisor role.
  • Engage with customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring they find the right products to meet their needs.
