Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Analyst serves as a pivotal resource dedicated to ensuring data accuracy within our systems, promoting user engagement, and providing leadership with actionable insights. This role encompasses ownership of the sales operations tool, which includes user management, data integrity, daily user assistance, project and enhancement oversight, ongoing training, management of system security, and various ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integrity and Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the sales operations tool, including:
  • Customer Master Data Quality
  • Product Integrity
  • Duplicate Record Management
  • Opportunity Quality Control
  • Reporting
  • User Management
  • Support Controls for Integrations with Oracle

Daily User Support:

  • Oversee the central support mailbox for a user base exceeding 650 individuals.
  • Escalate issues to the Sales Automation Manager as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for all new employees.

Project and Enhancement Management:

  • Collect and analyze business requirements from various cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with management to develop systematic solutions.
  • Work across departments to implement operational solutions.
  • Effectively communicate requirements to IT developers and rigorously test solutions in a controlled environment.
  • Create comprehensive 'How To' documentation and train sales personnel on new functionalities to foster user adoption.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

Lead Management:

  • Assist the Marketing team with lead routing and visibility challenges.
  • Prepare annual lead routing guidelines based on the Fiscal Year Sales Organization structure.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales analytics or sales operations is essential.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in finance is advantageous.
  • A quick learner with strong computer application skills and the ability to adapt to new applications.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; must effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong drive for results with a commitment to contributing positively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Certification in relevant fields is preferred.
