About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize the user experience
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline and enhance the customer journey
  • Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring it is accurately tracking customer interactions and providing valuable insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing agency to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
