Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and visually appealing
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Ability to work with marketing agencies and web development teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques
  • Ability to travel to the head office 3 days a week
