About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our website to improve user experience and search engine rankings
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with our marketing agency to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and project management skills
