Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Analyst serves as a centralized resource responsible for ensuring data accuracy within the tool, fostering user adoption, and providing leadership with actionable analytics. This role encompasses ownership of the tool, which includes user management, data quality assurance, daily user support, project and enhancement management, ongoing training, system security oversight, and various ad hoc functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integrity and Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the tool, including:
  • Customer Master Data Quality
  • Product Integrity
  • Duplicate Record Management
  • Opportunity Quality Control
  • Reporting
  • User Management
  • Support Controls for Integrations with Oracle

Daily User Support:

  • Oversee the central support mailbox catering to over 650 users.
  • Escalate issues to the Sales Automation Manager as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for all new hires.

Project and Enhancement Management:

  • Collect and analyze business requirements from various cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with management to devise systematic solutions.
  • Work across functions to drive operational improvements.
  • Clearly communicate requirements to IT developers and rigorously test solutions in a Sandbox environment.
  • Create comprehensive 'How To' documentation and train sales users on new functionalities to enhance user adoption.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Lead Management:

  • Assist the Marketing team with lead routing and visibility challenges.
  • Prepare annual lead routing guidelines based on the Fiscal Year Sales Organization structure.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales analytics or sales operations is essential.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in finance is advantageous.
  • A quick learner with strong computer application skills and the ability to adapt to new applications.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; must effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong drive for results with a desire to contribute meaningfully.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Certification is preferred.
