With a workforce of over 160 professionals based at our headquarters, the primary responsibility of the Business Strategy Analyst is to support the CEO in analyzing data and uncovering opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency.

Lead cross-departmental projects where ownership may not be clearly defined among functional directors.

Given the nature of this role, candidates with a focus on Sales and Marketing will be particularly well-suited to help shape our strategic direction and operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine all discovery points across the organization, including customer engagement, product/service profitability, and market analysis.
  • Analyze data to pinpoint areas for operational enhancement.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
  • Assist in the development of board presentations and conduct thorough analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Manage CRM and BI systems, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights for business advancement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect business outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for projects that do not fall under specific functional leadership, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Analyze and report data from various systems, including financial reports, to extract key insights for commercial analysis.
  • Possess broad business acumen to understand various facets of the organization, including sales, finance, and business transformation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of BI tools and systems, essential for data-driven decision-making, and drive business profitability and efficiency.
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI and Crystal Reports, with knowledge of T-SQL scripting.
  • Possess current or prior software development experience (in any programming language) and excellent knowledge of relational databases.
  • Exhibit advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Hold a degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
