Data Campaign Analyst

Location: Hybrid split of home and 2 days in the office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Campaign Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-going analysis of inbound and outbound performance, recognizing and flagging key trends. They will also be responsible for adapting approach across multiple market leading brands, creating and monitoring dialling strategies, and ensuring all dialler and real time MI is accurate, timely and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-going analysis of inbound and outbound performance, recognizing and flagging key trends
  • Adapt approach across multiple market leading brands
  • Create and monitor dialling strategies to support changing business needs
  • Ensure all dialler and real time MI is accurate, timely and effective
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to measure on the day performance against plan in both core outbound and blended environments
  • Create and analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations, applying normalization methodologies to remove results bias
  • Create selections and data flows for campaigns in campaign management platform alongside Customer Marketing Managers, leading on data integrity and ensuring QA
  • Build easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to track spot and share trends

Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn more
  • Fault logging and bug fixing, liaising externally to ensure minimal downtime of key systems with face to face contact and a fast turn around
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and specifically MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
  • Knowledge in building reports and Dashboards
  • Willingness to travel
