About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital Change & Service Improvement team at Bracknell Forest Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Analyse Complex Business Problems**: Utilise industry tools, techniques, and data to explore different options and work closely with stakeholders to understand and articulate business needs.
  • **Develop Technical and Functional Requirements**: Identify and develop requirements to promote continuous improvement, either through coordination with subject matter experts or through direct involvement.
  • **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Align business operations with the digital strategy, contribute to resource management, and prioritise projects to ensure successful delivery and benefits realisation.

Requirements
  • **Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: A highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • **Technical Project Delivery Experience**: Experience delivering technical projects.
  • **Business Requirement Documentation**: Ability to produce business requirement documentation including workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  • **Effective Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills and confidence in providing advice and guidance to a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
