Learning Disability Inpatient Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Disability Inpatient Practitioner to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Provide named practitioner role to individuals who use our service.
- Promote and improve the quality of service provided.
- Manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Team Leader.
- Participate in the internal rotation system, including weekend working.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Registered Nurse (RNLD/RNM or dual qualified) with a degree/HE Diploma level and experience in primary/named nursing, shift management, assessment, care planning, and implementation and evaluation of nursing care. You should have a working knowledge of using common computer programmes and evidence of willingness to undertake further training.
