Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Provide named practitioner role to individuals who use our service.
- Promote and improve the quality of service provided.
- Manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Team Leader.
- Participate in the internal rotation system, including weekend working.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Registered Nurse with a degree or HE diploma level, who is dual qualified in Learning Disability and Mental Health or has completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme. You will have a working knowledge of using common computer programmes and evidence of willingness to undertake further training.
