As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Provide named practitioner role to individuals who use our service.
- Promote and improve the quality of service provided.
- Manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Team Leader.
- Participate in the internal rotation system, including weekend working.

Person Specification- Registered Nurse RNLD/RNM or dual qualified Registered Nurse RNLD and Social worker integrated practice.
- Degree/HE Diploma level.
- Working knowledge of using common computer programmes such as email, internet, word processing.
- Evidence of willingness to undertake further training.
