Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing and Asset Management Administrator to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and promote relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Oversee and maintain patient assets according to prescribed servicing and maintenance protocols.
  • Assist the Buyer in various purchasing activities.
  • Manage inventory replenishment of assets based on patient needs.
  • Identify and source new assets to fulfill customer demands.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Engage in projects aimed at enhancing purchasing and asset management processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast and plan for business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide accurate and timely data as required by the organization.
  • Participate in ongoing personal development to maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory and best practice frameworks for medication management.

Required Experience and Skills

Essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting activity targets.
  • Experience with Quality Management standards.

Qualifications

  • CIPS professional qualification or equivalent.
