Job Title: Department Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Department Coordinator to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Job Summary:

The Department Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our support services, including critical incident stress management, wellbeing training, and mental health support. You will work closely with our specialist support team to ensure that all client requests are met with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all service requests, including critical incident stress management, wellbeing training, and mental health support.
  • Work closely with the specialist support team to ensure that all client requests are met with professionalism and discretion.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned cases, ensuring that all individual and team KPIs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and update system maps and databases as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good listening skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with telephony and IT systems.
  • MS Office knowledge and experience.
