**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our new premium casual dining Mediterranean restaurant in London. As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing financial aspects, and developing a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of professionals to provide outstanding service and quality food
* Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales
* Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting and forecasting
* Collaborate with the founder to drive business growth and expansion

**Requirements**

* At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a quality branded or casual dining restaurant in London
* Strong financial, business, and commercial acumen
* Proven leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams
* Passion for motivating and developing team members
