We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely Primary School in East Finchley. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a warm and supportive relationship with pupils to promote a sense of safety and well-being.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
