Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a vibrant, welcoming three-form entry Primary School. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be passionate about providing individualized support to ensure students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with mild SEN, adapting to their individual needs and learning styles
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring a smooth and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team
