Your role will involve providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement support plans for students with SEN.
  • Provide tailored support to students during lessons, promoting academic and social growth.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Help create a welcoming and inclusive school environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
