Part-Time Evening Room Attendant Job Description

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time Evening Room Attendant to join our Rooms Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide turn-down service to guests, adhering to hotel procedures and preferences.
  • Ensure timely delivery of evening service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support the morning shift with cleaning duties as needed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to supervisors.
  • Use approved cleaning chemicals on all surfaces, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned regularly.
  • Report any equipment or light bulb damage promptly to supervisors or department managers.
  • Perform all duties with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in different departments or restaurants.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient 5-star floor section, adhering to Raffles standards and LQA.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings and maintain a well-groomed appearance, adhering to Raffles London grooming guidelines.
  • Ensure uniform is clean and in good condition.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Able to work within a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
