Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide turn-down service to guests, adhering to hotel procedures and preferences.
  • Support the morning shift with cleaning duties as needed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
  • Report any damage or loss to linen, furniture, or equipment to your supervisor.
  • Use cleaning chemicals as per standards.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked and cleaned.
  • Report equipment or light bulb damage promptly.
  • Perform duties with care, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
