Job Title: Part-Time Evening Room Attendant

At Raffles London at the OWO, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time Evening Room Attendant to join our Rooms Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide turn down service following hotel procedures and ensure timely delivery according to guest preferences.
  • Support the morning shift with cleaning duties as required.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned regularly.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the supervisor.
  • Use the correct cleaning chemicals on all surfaces as per standards.
  • Perform all duties with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Able to work within a team and maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
