Part-Time Evening Room Attendant Opportunity

Raffles London at The OWO, a luxurious hotel located on London's Whitehall, is seeking a skilled Part-Time Evening Room Attendant to join their team. As a key member of the Rooms Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors, and providing a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide turn-down service to guests, adhering to hotel procedures and guest preferences.
  • Support the morning shift with cleaning duties as needed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the supervisor.
  • Use the correct cleaning chemicals on all surfaces, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Ensure the service area is well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned regularly.
  • Report any equipment or light bulb damage promptly to the supervisor or department manager.
  • Perform all duties with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient floor section, adhering to Raffles standards and LQA.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings.
  • Ensure personal grooming and uniform are always clean and in good condition.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Professional and well-groomed.
