Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Evening Room Attendant to join our Rooms Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide turn down service to guests, adhering to hotel procedures and preferences.
  • Support morning shift with cleaning duties as needed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to supervisors.
  • Use cleaning chemicals as per standards.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked and cleaned.
  • Report equipment and light bulb damage promptly.
  • Perform duties with care, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
