Key Responsibilities:- Provide turn-down service to guests, adhering to hotel procedures and guest preferences.
- Support the morning shift with cleaning duties as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
- Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to your supervisor.
- Use the correct cleaning chemicals on all surfaces, adhering to our standards.
- Ensure the service area is well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned at all times.
- Report any equipment or light bulb damage promptly to your supervisor or department manager.
- Perform all duties with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Interact with guests in a respectful and positive manner.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and efficient floor section, adhering to Raffles standards and LQA.
- Participate in daily departmental meetings.
- Ensure your uniform is clean and in good condition.
- A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
- An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
