Clinical Practitioner for Early Intervention in Psychosis Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Practitioner to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals experiencing psychosis, providing high-quality care and support to help them achieve their full potential.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the mental health needs of individuals, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users, identifying their mental health needs and developing effective care plans.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions to support service users in achieving their goals and improving their mental health outcomes.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development of care plans and ensuring that service users receive the best possible care.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
- Good IT skills, with experience of using electronic patient records and other healthcare software.
