Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Team Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in working with clients with psychosis in adult and/or CAMHS services. You will be able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with current policy and guidance relating to Early Intervention in Psychosis services

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A registered mental health nurse qualification with a valid registration with the appropriate professional body
  • Relevant experience working with clients with psychosis in adult and/or CAMHS services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
