Job Summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Clinical Governance Team. This role involves planning, directing, and completing rigorous audits/inspections across our healthcare settings that are registered with national regulators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with operational management teams and Shaw head office colleagues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Relay the outcomes of compliance audits, setting requirements and timescales for completion with Service Managers.
  • Produce reports on compliance audits and maintain oversight and management of a caseload of regulated services.
  • Carry out audits in line with an agreed programme, identifying and monitoring areas of non-compliance.
  • Follow and progress actions in relation to services of concern.
  • Work with managers to contribute to the setting and achieving of organisational performance objectives.
  • Prepare correspondence/reports in relation to specific issues raised about services.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, clinical, auditing, and presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the regulatory framework.
  • Experience in staff and audit management within health and social care.
  • Proven experience and qualifications within health and social care, including management certification.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
  • Objective evidence collection in a measured manner.
  • Positive, honest, open, and constructive approach when inspecting/auditing.
  • Car driver and current license.
