Financial Services Business Support Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Case Manager to join our team at Finamply. As a key member of our Financial Services business, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage case management process.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Use information to complete and submit Agreement in Principles (AIP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) to mortgage lenders for our client base.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with Lenders to ensure cases received, outstanding items are obtained and Valuation Instructed, and with Solicitors on Offer to manage the case through to completion.
- Client Support: Make and receive phone calls to deal with client enquiries at any stage of the mortgage process, and proactively and accurately maintain Workflow progress of each case on Midas Pro.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proactively manage updates and liaise with Advisers / Clients to ensure a first-class customer service, and have a problem-solving attitude to avoid delays on workflow.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses, from underwriters to administrators.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a high level of accuracy, and organisation to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Awareness and discretion when dealing with personal client data and information.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative: Have a problem-solving attitude to avoid delays on workflow, and be proactive and able to use your initiative to avoid delays and keep an application going.
