About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Case Manager to join our team at Finamply. As a key member of our Financial Services business, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Use information to complete and submit Agreement in Principles (AIP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) to mortgage lenders for our client base.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with Lenders to ensure cases received, outstanding items are obtained and Valuation Instructed.
  • Client Support: Liaising with Solicitors on Offer to manage the case through to completion.
  • Customer Service: Making and receiving phone calls to deal with client enquiries at any stage of the mortgage process.
  • Workflow Management: Proactively and accurately maintaining Workflow progress of each case on Midas Pro.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively managing updates and liaising with Advisers / Clients to ensure a first-class customer service.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses, from underwriters to administrators.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work self-sufficiently within a team.
  • Business Acumen: Able to work within defined business processes.
  • Data Protection: Awareness and discretion when dealing with personal client data and information.
  • Problem-Solving: Have a problem-solving attitude to avoid delays on workflow.
  • Organizational Skills: Organisation to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Time Management: Superb time management, decision making and problem solving skills.
