We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Michael Page Technology. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line support for our applications, including incident management and disaster recovery.
  • Work with our development team to resolve technical issues and implement changes.
  • Ensure all applications adhere to our security policies and procedures.
  • Manage user access and entitlements, ensuring compliance with our policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Application Support role, preferably with SAAS applications.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of application upgrades, patching, and resolution of incidents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
