Key Responsibilities- Oversee, process, and action referrals received from Local Authorities
- Collaborate with the Referrals Manager and Officers, Social Workers, Team Managers, and Senior Management Team to carefully match young people with Fostering Families according to their needs
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and Fostering Families through effective communication and liaison
- Work independently to make decisions and use initiative to find creative solutions when needed
- Experience of working within children's services or similar
- Direct sales experience
- Organisational and administration skills
- Ability to follow regulatory policies and processes
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
