About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Journey Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey.

About the Role:

  • Support service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
  • Reduce drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Promote carer, service user and community involvement
  • Provide advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Work with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with good IT skills.
