About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Together Dental in Ormesby. As a key member of our Practice Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the success of our dental group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality reception and administration service to patients and colleagues
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the dental team
  • Manage a varied workload with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Utilise computer-based systems to support administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of working with systems
  • Be willing to learn and progress within the role

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use and operate a computer-based system
  • Knowledge of working with systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and use initiative
