About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Together Dental. As a key member of our Practice Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality reception and administration service to patients and colleagues
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the dental team
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless patient interactions
  • Operate a computer-based system to manage patient records and practice operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle multiple calls
  • Ability to use and operate a computer-based system
  • Knowledge of working with systems a plus
  • Willingness to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
  • Attention to detail and ability to use initiative
