About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Together Dental in Ormesby. As a key member of our Practice Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the success of our dental group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality reception and administration service to patients and colleagues
  • Ensure efficient and effective management of patient records and data
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the dental team
  • Utilize computer-based systems to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the Practice Team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements

  • Strong receptionist or administration experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
