About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Together Dental in Ormesby. As a key member of our Practice Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the success of our dental group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality reception and administration service to patients and colleagues
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the dental team
  • Manage a varied workload with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Utilise computer-based systems to support administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Contribute to the achievement of practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to use initiative
  • Knowledge of working with systems and ability to learn and progress
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
