  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing travel itineraries.
  • Reception Support: Provide support for the reception area as needed, ensuring smooth operations and professional front-desk service.
  • Team Events and Socials: Assist in planning and executing team events and social activities to foster team cohesion and morale.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and contribute to the firm's overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a high level of initiative, anticipating needs and solving problems independently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Show flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks, maintaining a 'muck-in' attitude.
  • Team Player: Work well within a team environment, contributing positively to the firm's culture and objectives.
  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or team assistant role is highly desirable, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • This role will be 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. The hours for this role will be 8.30am - 6pm with a package of up to £50-58,000 plus great benefits.
