We are seeking a strategic Director of Business Marketing to spearhead our EMEA operations from London. This role will focus on driving advertiser success and growth within the region.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Business Marketing and International, you will craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for EMEA in close collaboration with other marketing departments. Your strategy will align with Outbrain's global objectives, ensuring delivery of quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a key business partner to regional sales teams, accelerating pipeline development and revenue generation through targeted marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Growth & Brand Awareness: Oversee and drive brand awareness, product adoption, and execute impactful business marketing plans to support revenue objectives. Focus on expanding our existing customer base and acquiring new clients within the EMEA region.
  • Program Execution: Own the strategy, development, and execution of diverse marketing programs encompassing demand generation campaigns, nurturing initiatives, field events, industry conferences, webinars, public relations efforts, and more.
  • Global Alignment: Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all Outbrain platforms and messaging.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3 experienced regional marketers across key EMEA markets, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with local and global sales teams to achieve top-line business objectives. Provide marketing insights and support to drive sales success.
  • Agency Management: Effectively manage relevant agencies and third-party vendors involved in program execution.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track and measure the performance of all marketing programs, analyzing data to optimize resources and achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.
