Job Title: EMEA Product Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Product Marketing Lead to join our team at Niantic. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional product marketing strategies for our flagship game, Pokémon GO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Country Marketing Managers in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy to drive regional product marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt global product positioning and ensure marketing initiatives are reflective of cultural and behavioral nuances.
  • Define and implement go-to-market, engagement, and retention strategies to drive growth and increase user happiness.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external collaborators to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret product and marketing metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Take ownership of the EMEA product marketing roadmap and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F2P/freemium businesses on mobile.
  • Experience leading teams of agile, high-performing product marketers.
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Passionate about analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of £103,000, bonus, equity, and benefits. Required in-office 2 days on Tuesday and Thursday.
